  9. Marcie Flennery Says:

One day shortly after Edwina had moved to South Whitley, I received a call from her. Sis wanted to show me where all our family were buried. She told me to bring flowers. Little did I know that at the end of the day she would tell me she was retiring and I was now the one who would put flowers on their graves. I told her I would but only if she came with me. We did it together each year until 2 years ago when she went into the home. I haven’t put flowers on the graves since. I’ve been waiting for her.

Edwina was a second mom to me. Always there in bad times and good ones. I love my sister today tomorrow and forever. God please hold her in your hands and keep her safe.

    marcie

  10. Diana Eller Says:

It has been almost a month since my sister went to heaven. She is very much missed. She was what an older sister should be. She was there when I needed by big “SIS”. Alzheimers is a cruel disease and I feel sure Edwina had so much more to say but couldn’t because it locked it up inside her. Now she is in heaven with so many other members of our family. She is free and happy. Thank you Lord for the blessing you gave us of my big sister Edwina.
    Your sister Diana
